Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BetTrack mobile application ("App") operated by BetTrack ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use BetTrack. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

3. Subscriptions

• BetTrack offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription.
• Pro subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store on a monthly or yearly basis. Subscription status is managed via RevenueCat.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
• Upload malicious content, spam, or fraudulent data.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the App.

5. Not Financial Advice

BetTrack is a bet tracking and analytics tool. It does not provide financial, gambling, or investment advice. All insights, statistics, and analytics are provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in the App are owned by BetTrack. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written consent.

7. User Data

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the bet data you enter into the App.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BetTrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or betting losses.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes through the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
