Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BetTrack mobile application ("App") and of the bet-track.app website, published by DECKFUSE, a French single-shareholder simplified joint-stock company (SASU) with a share capital of €100, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 945 187 086, whose registered office is at 60 rue François Ier, 75008 Paris, France ("we", "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose of the service

BetTrack is a sports bet tracking and analytics app. It lets you record bets you have already placed (manually or by importing a screenshot), follow a balance ("bankroll") and view statistics computed from that history.

BetTrack makes no promise of winnings and does not increase your chances of winning. Statistics and analyses are provided for information only, from the data you enter. They are neither advice, nor predictions, nor an incentive to bet.

2. No betting service

BetTrack does not let you place bets, takes no stakes, holds no gambling funds and contains no links to gambling operators. BetTrack is not affiliated with any betting operator.

3. Adults only

The App is for people aged 18 or over. By using it, you confirm that you are an adult. We may suspend any account whose holder does not meet this condition.

4. Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

5. Pro subscription

  • BetTrack offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription.
  • The Pro subscription is purchased and billed exclusively through the Apple App Store, monthly or yearly. Subscription status is managed via RevenueCat.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
  • No refunds are provided for partial periods. Refund requests are handled by Apple.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the App for any unlawful purpose;
  • attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with the App;
  • upload malicious content, spam or fraudulent data;
  • resell, redistribute or sublicense access to the App.

7. Personal data

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the bet data you enter into the App.

8. Intellectual property

All content, design and code of the App and the website belong to DECKFUSE SASU. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of the App without our written consent.

9. Service availability

We strive to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates or changes at any time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect damage arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to financial losses, data loss or losses on bets placed with third-party operators. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the App settings.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes through the App.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
