Privacy Policy

This policy explains which data the BetTrack mobile application ("App") and the bet-track.app website collect, why, how long it is kept and what your rights are.

1. Data controller

The controller of the data collected through the App and the website is DECKFUSE, a French single-shareholder simplified joint-stock company (SASU) with a share capital of €100, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 945 187 086, whose registered office is at 60 rue François Ier, 75008 Paris, France. BetTrack is the name of the app published by this company. Contact: contact@bet-track.app.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: email address and display name provided at sign-up via Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In.
  • Bet data: bets, tags, bankrolls, the operator the bet was placed with, odds, amounts and outcomes you enter or import.
  • Imported screenshots: slip images uploaded for AI-assisted import. They are processed and then deleted from our servers within 24 hours.
  • Purchase data: Apple transaction identifiers and subscription status, used to manage Pro access.
  • Usage data: anonymous analytics (feature usage frequency, interaction events, crash reports) collected via Mixpanel.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Provide, maintain and improve the service (contract, legitimate interest).
  • Process AI-assisted bet imports (consent, requested before the first import).
  • Manage your subscription and Pro access (contract).
  • Send service notifications, for instance about subscription changes (contract).

4. Third-party services

  • Sign in with Apple and Google Sign-In: authentication. Subject to the privacy policies of Apple and Google.
  • Google Gemini: extracts data from imported screenshots. Only the image content is sent, never your account data.
  • RevenueCat: subscription status. Receives your anonymous user ID and transaction data. RevenueCat privacy policy.
  • Mixpanel: anonymous product analytics. No personal data (email, name) is sent. Mixpanel privacy policy.
  • Apple App Store: subscription billing.

5. AI-assisted import

  • What is sent: only the image content of your slip.
  • To whom: Google (Gemini API).
  • What is not sent: no account data (email, name, user ID).
  • Consent: the App asks for your explicit permission before the first import. You can decline and enter bets manually.
  • Retention: images are deleted from our servers within 24 hours of processing.

6. Storage and security

Your data is stored on servers hosted in the European Union, encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. We do not sell your data.

7. Website cookies and trackers

The bet-track.app website only sets measurement cookies if you accept them in the banner shown on your first visit, purpose by purpose if you wish ("Customize"). Refusing them changes nothing in how the website works.

  • Google Analytics (Google): audience measurement (pages viewed, where visits come from). Cookies _ga and _ga_*, kept for 13 months at most.
  • Taboola: measures how our ad campaigns perform (whether a visit follows an ad, and whether it leads to the app's App Store page). Cookies set by Taboola on its own domain.

These services process your IP address, cookie identifiers and the pages you view, including outside the European Union, in particular in the United States. Legal basis: your consent (Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

The website also stores in your browser, without sending it anywhere: your cookie choice (13 months if you accepted at least one purpose, 6 months if you refused all, after which you are asked again) and your language choice, for the session. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.

8. Retention

  • Account and bet data: as long as your account is active.
  • Imported screenshots: 24 hours after processing.
  • After you delete your account: all associated data is erased within 30 days.

9. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the following rights over your personal data:

  • access, rectification and erasure;
  • portability (export in a machine-readable format);
  • objection and restriction of processing;
  • withdrawal of consent at any time.

To exercise them, write to contact@bet-track.app. You can delete your account and all your data directly from the App settings. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

10. Minors

BetTrack is for adults only (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email.

12. Governing law

This policy is governed by French law.
