BetTrack ("we", "us", "our") operates the BetTrack mobile application. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

• Account data — email address and display name provided during sign-up via Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In.
• Bet data — bets, tags, bookmakers, odds, stakes, and results you enter or import.
• Imported images — screenshots of betting slips uploaded for AI-assisted import. Images are processed and then deleted from our servers within 24 hours.
• Subscription data — Apple transaction identifiers and subscription status, used to manage your Pro entitlements.
• Usage data — anonymous analytics such as feature usage frequency, interaction events, and crash reports, collected via Mixpanel.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the BetTrack service.
• To process AI-assisted bet imports using third-party AI services.
• To manage your subscription and Pro feature access.
• To send service-related notifications (e.g., subscription changes).

3. Third-Party Services

• Apple Sign-In — authentication. Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Google Sign-In — authentication. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Gemini — processes imported betting slip images for data extraction. No personal account data is sent; only the image content is transmitted. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• RevenueCat — manages subscription status and entitlements. Receives your anonymous user ID and subscription transaction data. Subject to RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
• Mixpanel — anonymous product analytics to help us understand feature usage and improve the app. No personal data (email, name) is sent; only anonymous event data such as feature interactions. Subject to Mixpanel's Privacy Policy.
• Apple App Store — handles subscription billing. Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.

4. AI-Assisted Import — Data Sharing Disclosure

When you use the AI screenshot import feature, the following applies:

• What is sent: Only the image content of your betting slip screenshot.
• Who it is sent to: Google (Gemini API).
• What is NOT sent: No personal account data (email, name, user ID) is included in the AI request.
• Consent: The app requests your explicit permission before your first AI import. You can decline and use manual bet entry instead.
• Retention: Uploaded images are deleted from our servers within 24 hours of processing.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on encrypted servers. We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption in transit and encryption at rest. We do not sell your data to third parties.

6. Data Retention

• Account and bet data is retained while your account is active.
• Imported images are deleted within 24 hours of processing.
• If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
• Export your data in a machine-readable format.
• Object to or restrict processing of your data.
• Withdraw consent at any time.

8. Children's Privacy

BetTrack is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 17.

9. Changes to This Policy
